We formed LAUNCHfn™ to satisfy two
fundamental needs regarding connecting companies to capital.
First, most entrepreneurs
do not understand the capital formation process. Most often they seek too much
money too soon and there is an inevitable disconnect between the prospective investor and the entrepreneur. Their time, energy and money go into chasing capital rather than building their businesses to be
attractive to investors at each stage of development. Good companies can get funded, whether through private equity
or lenders.
Second, investors are seeking good companies but are challenged with
their own time constraints. They want to spend their valuable time making
decisions about investments rather than reviewing non-qualified requests.
