I had the delightful opportunity to attend the Starlight Capital and Segal Investment's year end celebration and private equity venture forum.   We have forged a good working relationship and I was happy to contribute to their success.   It was a great event. Full house of investors and many good companies for the investing community to consider.   It was interesting for  me to meet other angel investor networks.  It seems that private equity investing by individuals is on the upswing.   This is good news.  It is also very readily apparent that entrepreneur brain still thinks very different than the investor brain.   What is interesting about that is that most private equity investors got there by being succesful entrepreneurs.   I think I'll write a book....Investors are from Mars and Entrepreneurs are from Venus!   You heard it here first!
